A resource for your patients who are asking about brain health.
Your patients are reading about dementia prevention. They’re asking you what they can do. They may have a parent with Alzheimer’s disease, a 23andMe result that concerns them, or a screening MRI they don’t understand. And you don’t have 45 minutes in your schedule to address it.
What we offer your patients
The Cognitive Resilience Program — a 12-month, physician-led brain health optimization engagement for cognitively healthy adults. Dr. Hashmi assesses modifiable risk factors across five evidence-based domains (physical activity, cardiometabolic health, sleep, nutrition, cognitive/social engagement), builds a personalized plan, and provides ongoing physician guidance through regular video consultations.
NeuroSignal Review — expert neuroimaging advisory review. Your patient submits an existing brain or spine MRI and receives a detailed written report and personalized video walkthrough from a fellowship-trained neurologist. Useful for patients with confusing radiology reports, incidental findings, or screening MRI results.
What we don’t do
We do not prescribe medications. We do not render clinical diagnoses. We do not replace you or any specialist. If we identify a clinical concern during the course of the program — an abnormal lab value, concerning imaging, or symptoms suggesting a condition requiring evaluation — the patient is advised to follow up with the appropriate treating physician.
This is a wellness and advisory practice. All reports and documents are provided directly to the patient, who may choose to share them with you or any other physician at their discretion.
Referral process
No formal referral is required. Your patient can schedule directly through our website. If you’d like to discuss a specific patient’s suitability or have questions about either service, we welcome the conversation.
