NeuroSignal Review

Expert neuroimaging review from a fellowship-trained neurologist

You had a brain or spine MRI. The radiologist’s report used language you didn’t fully understand. Your doctor may have said “it’s probably nothing” — but you’re still not sure what you’re looking at, or what it means for you.

If you’re worried about what your scan showed, that’s understandable. Most people who use this service feel the same way. Sometimes the findings are less concerning than the report language suggests. Sometimes they warrant closer attention. Either way, you deserve to understand what you’re looking at — clearly, thoroughly, and from a specialist.

NeuroSignal Review gives you that clarity.

Who this is for

You received MRI results that were confusing, concerning, or inadequately explained.
You want a second opinion from a neurologist who specializes in brain imaging.
You had a screening MRI — such as Prenuvo — and want an expert to interpret the brain findings.
Your doctor told you the results were “normal” but you have specific concerns you want addressed.
You have white matter changes, a cyst, or an incidental finding and want to understand what it means.

What you receive

A fellowship-trained neurologist reviews your imaging study in detail — not a quick read, but a systematic, thorough evaluation. You receive two things:

A written advisory report — a clear, plain-language document that explains your findings, answers your specific questions, and provides recommendations for discussion with your treating physician. Typically 2–4 pages.

A personalized video walkthrough — a 15–20 minute screen-recorded video where Dr. Hashmi walks through your actual images, pointing out structures, explaining findings, and answering the questions you submitted. This is not a generic explainer. It is your brain, your images, narrated by a specialist.

what it is not

NeuroSignal Review is an advisory service. It provides expert interpretation and educational guidance about your imaging findings.

It is not a clinical diagnosis, and it does not replace your treating physician. If urgent findings are identified, Dr. Hasmi will contact you directly and recommend appropriate follow-up.
